WHAT MAKES AGAPE UNIQUE?
We are not a franchise, Agape is proud to be a family owned and operated organization, offering variety of non-medical services for you or your loved one. In business, we don’t target volume. Instead we focus on serving all seniors of Orange County, providing the very best care, tailored to individual cases.
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?
Agape services specialize in providing non-medical in home care, creating a plan of care that enable you or your loved one to remain living in the privacy and comfort of wherever they call home.
ARE YOUR CAREGIVERS INSURED AND BONDED?
Yes, all our caregivers are insured, bonded and covered by workers’ compensation insurance.
DO I PAY THE CAREGIVER DIRECTLY?
No, all of our caregivers are our W-2 employees; we take care of all their state and federal payroll taxes. You do not need to pay anything other than a simple invoice to the organization.
HOW DO YOU SELECT YOUR CAREGIVERS?
You can be reassured knowing that your needs will be met through highly trained caregivers. Our caregivers undergo a pre-employment screening that includes DOJ and FBI fingerprints, previous employment verification, employment references, and several exams. On going training and evaluations take place to assure that you or your loved one receives the highest quality of care that you deserve.
AM I ABLE TO CHOOSE WHO WILL COME TO MY HOME?
For sure you choose your caregiver, each of our clients must feel good and comfortable in their home. We get to know more about you then we work hard to match you with the best caregiver that can fulfill your needs. In case your caregiver does not meet your expectations, just call the office and we will send you another caregiver you will feel comfortable with on the spot.
CAN YOUR CAREGIVER GIVE MEDICATION?
By law, our caregivers cannot administer medications. Still they do remind our clients to take the correct daily medications, we also report any changes due to side effects.
DO YOU PROVIDE CARE IN A HOSPITAL, NURSING HOME, OR ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY?
Yes, Agape will provide services to you or your loved one wherever you call home.
DO YOU ACCEPT LONG TERM CARE INSURANCE?
Yes, Agape is a licensed organization that is why we are approved by all long-term care insurance companies.
HOW DO I START?
Once you call our office at (949) 690-9990; we will schedule one of our case managers to pay you a visit for a free in-home assessment, gather all the needed information about you or your loved one. Sometimes we may need to involve your family or close friends to understand your needs. Using the assessment information, we will put together a plan of care, match you with the right caregiver and start providing the needed service in a couple of hours.
